- Waste vegetable oil (WVO) is collected at the source: restaurants, cafeterias, or any food provider
- Collected WVO is taken to our facility where it is filtered, dewatered, and processed into biodiesel fuel
- Biodiesel is distributed for both commercial and residential use
- Fill up on biodiesel for a cleaner-burning, renewable fuel
- Be a part of the solution!
First, waste vegetable oil is converted into yellow grease. Waste vegetable oil contains varying levels of contaminants, from solids to water. These contaminants must be removed before the oil can be converted into biodiesel.
Second, yellow grease is converted into Biodiesel. Through a chemical process known as transesterification, yellow grease reacts to produce biodiesel. |
